Steve is getting ready to go to college, and Joe is moving in with Blue! Before Steve leaves, preschoolers join Joe in playing his new favorite game — Blue's Clues — to figure out what Blue wants Steve to take with him to college.

As preschoolers play along, they'll also help Joe set up a So Long Surprise Party for Steve!
